PAT Poster Submissions

​​​Poster Submission and Deadlines 

Contributors interested in participating in the PAT Conference Poster Session should submit their abstract by Friday, March 7, 2025 to be considered. Contributors will be informed about the status of their acceptance by Monday, March 24, 2025.  

Abstracts can be submitted electronically via this form.

Poster Submission Guidelines

Posters must be 36" x 48" with landscape orientation.  

Poster Evaluation

Evaluation of abstracts will be based on the following criteria: 

1. Demonstration of topic knowledge 
2. Clear communication of purpose, methods, results, and conclusions 
3. Applicability to translational research in pediatric audiology. 

PAT Conference Resources

The PAT Conference will provide an easel, foam core board and thumbtacks for mounting posters at the event.

Poster Presentation Expectations

Poster presenters are asked to set up their posters on Friday, May 30^th at 8:00 AM.  ​
