Down Syndrome Clinic
Children with Down syndrome have unique medical and clinical needs and often have co-occurring medical conditions. At Boys Town National Research Hospital, you’ll find specialists and clinicians available to address the healthcare needs of your children. We do this by providing comprehensive medical, behavioral and emotional care and educational support.
Our Comprehensive Approach
The Boys Town Down Syndrome Clinic offers providers who work with you to address your child's healthcare needs in:
Virtual Care
We understand it is not always convenient or easy to come into the clinic environment. The Boys Town Down Syndrome Clinic offers virtual visits for follow-up care, medication checks and many specialty and clinical services.
School Support
We are here to help your child achieve academic success. Our providers will work with you and your child's school psychologists and counselors to help develop an individual educational plan (IEP).
Clinical Research
In addition to screening and prevention, there are opportunities for children to participate in clinical research trials. For more information on current studies, visit
